You seem to imply that its' not okay for girls with small boobs to wear this kind of shirt... On the contrary, people with small boobs make shirts like this work: if she had big boobs and were showing off her cleavage, she'd just look like a whore! In fashion shows, they always insist on how OKAY it looks on women with small boobs especially because they have small boobs; they have, per say, nothing to show! But that women with bigger boobs should be more "conservative" in the way they choose to show cleavage if they don't want to look like skanks! Really, this kind of clothes fits Samiko JUST FINE, and it's BECAUSE she has small boobs that this shirt looks great on her! It's okay to wear wide V neck lines with a small chest!
