When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

YARRRH.
Well, here goes. My lovely mom made his outfit because I can't sew to save my life... so all the credit goes to her, don't go around congratulating me. The fabric for his suit is the same one that was used for his hat, except for his belt, which is made out of some kind of cheapo fake leather thing. The buttons are made out of Fimo clay, because the Super Sculpey ones I had made somehow didn't want to be painted. The shoes have been varnished so they're super glossy, but I couldn't varnish his face because I used dry pastel for his rosy cheeks (that I applied with a dry brush) and the varnish would kill the effect. I don't know how to seal this properly... maybe with a fixative in spray. I don't know yet. It's annoying. Anyway, he's pretty close to what I had in mind, I like him. I hope you like too! |
