Three-Room Flat

The real, full title would be Trois-et-demie coin Adam et Bennett (Three-Room Flat Corner Adam And Bennett). This is a real intersection in Montreal, where a bunch of my friends live, and I've lived in this part of the city as well; the apartments are all old and falling apart sometimes, but they've got such a nice and cozy look to them, you can't help but fall in love.

This was originally done exclusively for a local artbook called ERRI, which is coming out June 2nd. This particular illustration didn't make it into the book, but some of my other work did, so I'm pimping the book here :>
